Ange ou Etrange Le Secret is the name used in some markets for Givenchy's Ange ou Démon Le Secret, launched in 2009. It is a fresh floral built on winter lemon, cranberry and green tea. The perfumer is Bernard Ellena.
Fragrance notes
Top: Italian winter lemon, cranberry, green tea leaves
Heart: Sambac jasmine, white peony, water flowers
Base: Blond woods, patchouli
How it wears
Opens crisp and tart with lemon, cranberry and a tea-like freshness. The jasmine and peony take over the center, then it dries down to soft woods and patchouli. Suits fall and winter, and works for daytime, the office and evenings.
Size and concentration
Eau de Parfum. Eau de Parfum carries a higher concentration of fragrance oil than Eau de Toilette, so it sits closer to the skin for longer and develops more slowly through the day.
